Bad experience with my mother, elderly, discharged today and transported to another facility for physiotherapy. During the hospital stay the food turned out to be very poor, on the physiotherapist it is better to spread a pitiful veil and last but not least, not having been able to carry anything during the transport by ambulance, no one throughout the day deigned to make a phone call to warn me of go and collect his things. No negative comments on Dr. Hofer who operated on her, nor on Dr. Liliana's availability and above all a thank you to Mrs. Marilena on the fourth floor, truly capable and competent.

Really uninformed and unkind staff, to be in the company that should give the best to customers to earn they are really doing wrong ways. I am at home positive with COVID, I have a holter to report, but not being able to leave the house and having parents with heart disease I say that I will bring it next week. The answering machine calls me threatening to send me the bill for the stopped machine to pay home, shouting and even saying bad words. I will not pay 1 euro and I will never visit them again. Shame, in this situation then. Shame!
