HALLUCINATING EXPERIENCE. Yesterday afternoon I left a Barbacoda street for a denincia.Mi was sent away after half an hour of waiting declaring that they would have to work hours and hours (??). This morning, after another half hour of waiting, they tell me that the marshal must go to the Prosecutor's Office and therefore no one knows when he will be back. At my protests to speak to a superior, a rude and aggressive attendant tells me that there is no one else, that if I want I can wait or leave. I ask him for his name and he refuses to give it to me. Then unexpectedly the marshal, who is also very kind and capable, comes back and we hurry up my complaint. Honor to the marshal, but this station is pitiful. Stefania Torrini

I did not go there in person but I contacted by phone. The PS operator on the other side proved rude in the ways and tones, apparently annoyed by my call. To my questions and doubts about my problem, he suddenly expressed himself with "but you know I know a little too much" and shortly thereafter a "good bye" as if to say "arranged". I come from bolzano and every time I have had a problem or even simply a doubt inherent in the PS forces I have always found kindness and courtesy on the other side. Too bad.

I received a really friendly welcome. I had questions about how to enter competitions, and I received more than comprehensive answers. Thanks again very much.

A command of an unbelievable rudeness .... Shame on you ... The professionalism totally absent.
