After long and exhausting waits on the phone to receive an answer, not being able to go in person as I read others have done because I am 35 km away from the laboratory, I finally get an appointment: February 5, MOC. As soon as it's done, I am told that I can pick it up on Monday 10 from 8 onwards, there is no need for a receipt, just say the name. I go on Monday 10 around 16 and find the waiting room full of people who had to carry out various and different operations. I turn to the only person behind the counter who badly tells me to take a number for the queue, I remind her that I just have to pick up and she, in an extremely unfriendly way, tells me that I still have to take the number. The display had the no. 12 I would have been on the 21st. The wait would have been too long, I had to give up because of a family emergency, I went back to the starting point, another 35 km. We are at the 140th. The next morning I return, I ask how I can get the number that was not being distributed by the machine at the time because it was out of service, even if the waiting room was empty and I am asked what I should do. "Withdrawal" I do and I am told that the retreats are only done in the afternoon. I make myself recognized, I remind the young lady and her colleague (there were two of them, this time) that the day before I had already tried and that I was not willing to do another 70 km. 35 to go and 35 to return and that I saw the reports behind him pigeonholed in the appropriate spaces and that there was certainly mine in the space marked B, the first letter of my surname. I also pointed out to her that since it was an operation that would not take more than 5 seconds ... but who am I talking to? She, still not taking my folder, starts talking about her cacchi with her colleague, ignoring me. A young man with a white coat realizes that I was about to give up and asks me for his name and in no time he has given me the folder. Moral: the laboratory has good doctors, I got to know dr. Bozzi, very professional but will never see me again.

Nothing to say about the doctors who are competent and good. Just one question, why make people behind the counter of bad and rude reservations work? It's a great center, but only lose patients if you keep keeping people who don't want to work.

Doctor Bozzi is impeccable, the secretaries at the reception are two ignorant and rude peasants ... I think I will never go back

On the seriousness and competence of Dr. Bozzi I have nothing to say but in doing the mammography with the technician I had a "not very nice" experience. As soon as you enter the room, very brightly, it tells you to take everything away (sweater and bra). Once undressed you think you have to do the mammogram right away but you turn around and you find yourself sitting in front of the technician who starts filling out the medical history sheet and you rightly ask yourself: couldn't he do it before making me undress? Immediately afterwards you understand why ........ to each question raise your head and look at you - not your face - putting you in a state of absolute embarrassment and mental and physical discomfort that, united to the stress of the exam that you will have to do from soon, it becomes an absolutely unbearable thing! Obviously I will never return to this center, but I advise those who could not help but expressly ask to take the exam with the female technician, thus avoiding unpleasant and embarrassing mortifications ..... because, if you are of good presence, be sure of it, he will do everything to call you, as he did with my friends whom I consulted later.
