1,7 - Rating 😱😱😱 That says literally everything about this Cafe! They don't deserve at all, too run a cafe in such a beautiful place! We did a BIG MISTAKE not checking the ratings of this cafe before. Very very rude und absolute customer unfriendly old lady. BE AWARE! Things are over expensive and if you have an issue they will do absolute NOTHING to make the customer happy! For a mini Frappe : 5€!!!! And don't expect Frappe with coffee. For me a classical Frappe is ice, coffee and sugar mixed. The italian Frappe is for me just like a Vanilla ice cream milk shake. When we wanted coffee in our Frappe she ignored us and even got angry with us! Never ever drop in there! Unfortunately the Cafe is the first one you pass when you get into sweet Ravello! Never make the BIG MISTAKE to take the first opportunity you get! ALWAYS check the ratings first!

I'm coffee lover & looking for different and & good taste it all around the world... but i had a very specific experience in this cafe...i tried a cappuccino , taste of coffee was awful , price was unreasonable , barista was rude .... there are many cafe in the area but i guess my choice was the worst one.

I wish i read these reviews before stepping foot in here. Bread was burnt undernesth so had to send back and they would not take off the menu, rudest and most intimidating staff i have come across. They are nice to you to lure you into eating there but turn if you ask for any extras and for the food... it is hideous and overpriced. Stay clear of this place!
