I gave my 7 year old son the green route. At the beginning it was followed, both at the time of the demonstration and at the time of the start of the route. Then he had to see it for himself. None of the staff helped him when he needed someone to help him out (thankfully, there was a more experienced kid behind him). I have seen children in panic with their parents down trying to be helpful. On the other hand, we ate really well. Overall, bad experience!

Beautiful place to take the children and enjoy the day surrounded by greenery. You can relax in the shade of the trees, as you can play with the children in peace. You can eat at the kiosks, or prepare a barbecue with the barbecues available. Then there are the "adventure" routes to entertain the little ones and ... even the older ones. I advise.

A corner of paradise to spend a different day in Castel di Sangro ... use of the "La Spiaggetta" area with bar service (fair prices and timely service) and rental of umbrellas and sunbeds at € 18 / day (after 2pm € 10) ... for lunch sandwiches with hamburgers and sausage and grilled skewers on the adjacent grill, really good ... average grill prices ... all surrounded by sun and a bath in the cold but invigorating water of the river Sangro and it's back like new ... for those who want something else there is the contiguous adventure park with various routes suitable for children and adults. Really nice! I highly recommend it!

In the heart of Castel di Sangro, close to the river of the same name, is the Adventure Park. Equipped with refreshment points (sandwiches and bars) and a barbecue area for do-it-yourself, it includes three "adventure" paths suspended between the trees. The routes are: "green" for the very young, "blue" up to sixteen (the most popular of all ages) and "red" for the more skilled. Equipment (helmets, harnesses and various pulleys) are provided and sanitized by the staff, who explain their use and follow, from the ground, those who make the route. All for about ten euros per tour, which can last from twenty minutes (if you are practical) to as long as you want, in relation to the fear and slowness of each one. All in all, however, everyone, some first, some later, manage to complete the path with satisfaction. Recommended for families and not.
