A baby list made months ago to celebrate the best news, the arrival of a baby, turned into another hard blow to be absorbed by a mother who found herself facing the greatest pain, the death of her baby. After saying goodbye to her baby and us to our beloved grandson, a few months old, we found ourselves in front of a merchant who, instead of returning the deposit to this mother, decided to give her a voucher. A voucher to spend in a children's shop for those who no longer have a child. Thank you for the humanity you have not proved you have.

The owner has managed to transform a 5 star business into 1 star with a CATASTROPHIC style fall! Too bad, because the sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful, the products are good, but the commercial treatment of my last time was really low. In summary what happened: Purchased a bag along with other products for a birth. The bag comes out defective, I return it and it is promptly exchanged for one to be ordered. Once the replacement bag has arrived, it still appears to have the same defect. At this point I am offered alternatives and I decide to take one which, although I don't like it as much as my original choice, costs € 20 more, as it is slightly larger. After spending around € 2000 for the birth, the owner had the courage to ask me for a difference of € 20 for an inconvenience created by them. As a matter of principle I decided to reorder another bag like the one initially chosen. Update 26/10/2020 in reply to the shop's response: Just as it happened on Saturday in the store, I notice that you continue to divert the discussion on the lack of attention from the staff, which I have absolutely not encountered, quite the contrary! I didn't need an appointment to come and pick up my bag that arrived at the store 10 days ago, you yourself told me to come and pick it up when we could. I was expecting at least here, online, an apology for the 20 euros that you could not serve, despite the inconvenience created, when we, without saying a word three months ago, understanding the situation (and also our faults related to the delay) were willing to replace our duo (our first choice) with a duo that cost 500 euros more but would arrive sooner (given the early delivery). From your answer, I notice that it is not yet clear what has let us down with your behavior and you continue to divert the problem to other points that do not concern your true style fall. It's true !: The bag will arrive and if it does not have the same problem again, we will use it, in the meantime we have been traveling with a 140 euro bag OPEN for two months and the doctor who discharged my wife told her "before returning at home, go and take the bag back to the shop that you can't see like that ”. Since we weren't even worthy of an apology from the owner, but the answer was "UNFORTUNATELY we don't make these bags", what I can do, UNFORTUNATELY, is tell this "funny story" to my sister, to friends and acquaintances now pregnant, then they will draw their conclusions.

Great store stocked with everything from clothes, toys, prams, changing tables and more from baby products to older children. I go there often and have always had a great time. Two-storey shop with garden and games and ample parking. Staff always very friendly and helpful for any information. Advice
