I called to inquire about a specific model of baby shoes and the owner replied with incredible arrogance telling me she was busy doing other things and to call later, while asking her what time I should call back to get this information closed the phone in my face.Professionalism and education equal to zero.Obviously I did not call back but I bought the shoes in another non-Primigi store.I hope that those in charge will read this review.It is not possible for an owner of a shop allow you to close the phone in the face of a potential customer.I will also send an official complaint to the Primigi head office.very great rude owner.Don't buy in this shop but go somewhere else where the customer is at least treated with respect and education.
