Lack of professionalism and, above all, lack of attention to covid security measures: numerous customers without a mask, employees with a mask lowered under the chin, the three washing stations all used, despite the fact that the 'not usable' sign is affixed to the central one, with the consequence that interpersonal distancing is not ensured, lack of sanitation of the workstations (both washing and dyeing and combing) when the customer changes.
