I bought a complete drive shaft, they described it in excellent condition but unfortunately the constant velocity joint on the wheel side had to be changed as well as the headset, once the problem was exposed the answers were: did the mechanic not see it before mounting it? In any case, you bought the drive shaft and not the complete kit. Practically for a piece of iron I gave this magnificent company 50 euros without counting the expenses of the mechanic, I won't add anything else but I can't wait to read your answer, at least that you will not have the possibility to delete the comment here as you have done on the other platform. The money I gave you can be used in cosmetics to fix your face a little.

Beware! Beware! Beware! Product arrived damaged; fault placed on the carrier (it could be, but I highly doubt). He did not want to repay from the start, although it was clear that the responsibility was not mine in any case. Late customer service responses and only if solicited. If it hadn't been for paypal I would have lost everything! And in any case I had to pay the shipping costs to send back the defective product, despite the consumer law providing for something else .... But this is Italy! All this in a time span of almost 3 months! THE SELLER'S REPLY TESTIMONY ONLY HOW LITTLE IT IS RELIABLE. 1) what timing should I have respected? I immediately notified the problem (via email, by phone, via whatsapp) and in any case I had a car with a door to fix, I couldn't wait months. In fact, in the meantime I had to buy another one! 2) in times of covid couriers do not always have the packages signed and then, as also stated in writing (for its use), the courier left the package and went away! 3) I received the refund from paypal not from the seller. If not, "wait and hope"! 4) Dear seller, at least have the honesty not to reply with false excuses and half accusations! She made a mistake, it can happen, but she had to act immediately, reimburse me immediately and go ahead with the insurance. I was not responsible for it.
