Excellent sales point in Piazza Armerina, for DIY, gift items and in this Christmas period I found a top setting! From big city! Well done!

Very bad experience. I ordered 2 Santa Clauses online and one of them did not remove it from the sale and sold it in the shop. I paid for two products in advance, I sent emails to make sure that the order had arrived (but apparently this was not enough either), and I found myself that due to an incorrect and unprofessional way of working they sold my item. Clearly they give me the refund but I don't care !!! I don't find it right to buy and then be liquidated with "we were wrong we sold your Santa Claus". BAD !! I'm not surprised that many are unhappy with their work and show it in the reviews !!
