The Church of the Annunziata was built in 1550, in a Latin cross with three naves, the transept and the presbytery. The side naves are delimited by two rows of columns, each surmounted by a Doric capital. In the transept on the left there is the altar with Sant'Euplio and in the one on the right the marble altar with the statue of the Patron Saint Barbara. In the presbytery there are two altars with the pictures of the Immaculate Conception and the Annunciation. The main altar is in inlaid marble and on the walls of it there is the choir carved in wood.
