Stunning. Had a great time being shown around by Mr. Pilia himself. A charming and delightful man. Speaks Italian only but makes no difference, he tells a tale as universal as his art. No planning, he's either there or isn't.

Good evening to all and happy new year .. congratulations to the sign Fiorenzo and to how he welcomed us in his fantastic garden ... he with his art wants to tell how man destroys everything and how much nature is important for man and our land .. tells us how much love mothers have for their children all with the paths created by him in his garden ... to see really very interesting him and his art but above all as he tells it .. congratulations again Mr. Fiorenzo

An enchanted place. A corner of madness lost in the south of Sardinia, discovered entirely by chance. Attracted by some strange buildings that popped out on the sides of the road, I had to stop. Indeed, having passed the entrance, I turned back to see what it was. The entrance, an iron gate full of colorful writings, only partially presaged what I would find inside. Sculptures of every material and color, crowded a garden typical of southern Italy. Figs, vines, peaches, prickly pears, aromatic plants. The author of the sculptures, a somewhat moody old man, accompanied me all the way, explaining how only the author can do, the meaning of those strange structures. All inspired by two words: respect and hope. All the stories represented by his sculptures (drugs, 9/11, tribute to the mother earth, the crocodile, etc.) had these two words as their main theme. The largest and most incredible, was a cyclopean woman lying on her back, with her legs open. In the middle, a vagina created with a curtain. The old man invited me to enter. Inside the woman, a case, low and placed centrally and longitudinally to the body, enclosed a very ugly doll, surrounded by x and y chromosomes: the most precious treasure. When I left I had a bit of a headache. Stendhal syndrome? I don't know, but I was richer than when I entered. Wonderful!

A trip to a fantastic world, I absolutely recommend everyone a walk in this garden that will take you to know the thought of this artist, much more concrete and real than you can imagine. You will be fascinated by the images and shapes, but above all by the passion, commitment and immense attention to detail. You won't be disappointed.
