Motoscafisti delle isole Borromee

We took the boats from Lido to the Borromean Islands. Every half hour there is a boat to the islands of Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori. A nice excursion if you don't just want to swim on Lake Maggiore. However, you should expect about 5 hours if you want to visit all three islands. The prices for food and drink are sometimes steep, but you can also pack something and have a picnic there. The boats run reliably and safely, the captains are friendly and ready to provide information. We were priced at € 25 for 4 people, so everything was still within limits.

From Stresa to the Isola Bella and Isola fishermen and back they charge non-residents more than € 8 each. For 3 net minutes of navigation. Then I can also be forgiving for the hour of waiting on my feet and the times of the rides skipped during the Easter tourist crowds. But at this point I would have been better off getting carried away by a private motorboat which on average asks for € 10.
