Terrible, never again. I wore a washed shirt that was not stained but only used, and was stained with a black line on the collar. Received the shirt I reported it and was told that I had brought it already stained and that they tried to relieve it: being a black line on the front of the collar someone has to explain to me how you could have done it! Even with the second washing the situation has not improved, and again I was told that it was I who stained it and that for this reason no reimbursements were foreseen: 80 euros worth of shirt thrown away. Don't be attracted by the prices, they are not serious professionals.
