Bad and unreliable! I purchased a coupon to perform the laser. They never answer the phone! I contacted them by message and they ask me to call the next day to not reply again. This story has been going on for 2 weeks. I have removed the coupon on spiiky and do not recommend it to everyone.
A fraud!!! I bought a voucher on spiiky for two hand treatments. After the first and after paying for both treatments because it was an entire voucher, it was impossible to trace them. They didn't answer the phone, even though I tried several days and times, and they didn't even receive me at the studio. It seemed closed. Yet the offers on spiiky continue and there are always new ones! Scandalous
I also bought the coupon and it is always closed. Out of 11 appointments 7 times closed. A fraud!
I found it very well. The environment is clean and comfortable and the staff polite and professional. Given the service, excellent value for money.
Obviously, highly recommended!
The owner is completely unprofessional and makes fun of customers, a clown to say the least, fixes appointments and then is permanently absent.
