Little communication and inadequate service for the twenty-first century. They arranged the change of the locks of the condominium without giving us any communication because according to the owner Mrs. Perin "they have forgotten", not allowing us therefore to access the garage of which we are owners from inside the building. All the other owners were left with a key in the mailbox, and I had to pay for the copy of the keys, obviously at my expense. The office has totally prohibitive hours for people like me who have an off-site job and above all, despite the numerous requests to meet us and find an agreement, the owner has always proved extremely rude.
