San Zenone

The church of San Zenone is a place of worship located in the historic center of Reggio Emilia. Mentioned in a document of 1302, it was totally rebuilt in 1763 by GB Cattani, although the current facade and bell tower date back to a recent restoration (1929), while the interiors were painted by Mastellari in 1886. Inside there are four altars side, on the right, on the first there is Sant'Orsola by Lorenzo Franchi, on the second instead there is a Crucifix, painted by an unknown, but very similar to that of Reni.sa original
