The Church of the Annunciation of Maria Santissima rises in Ceneselli, with an East-West orientation, preceded by a large parvis, paved, accessed by a staircase of three steps, in stone. The monumental Baroque façade, in wind, is marked by two orders of coupled pilasters, Doric and on high bases, the lower ones, the Ionic ones, the upper ones. Between the central pilasters are inserted round-headed niches, with molded cornices, which hold statues of saints. The façade is crowned by a triangular pediment, with a dented frame, surmounted by pinnacles with potted spiers, on the sides of the rampant and the pilaster ridge with an iron cross. The upper part of the façade is connected to the inferior by means of scrolling rampant. Pyramidal pinnacles, in stone, rise above the outer pilasters. On the lower part of the façade there are three portals, the side ones surmounted by rectangular windows, the central one, with molded cornice, by a triangular pediment, framed by a round arch on Doric pilasters. Rectangular windows open in the side fronts. Plant Basilica planimetric scheme, with three naves, separated by round arches, with central transept. Corinthian pilasters lean against the pillars and above them there is a broken trabeation, projecting along the nave, in the presbytery and in the apse. The spans of the naves are covered with barrel vaults, pierced by the nails of the windows. The central span of the transept is covered by a dome on spherical plumes. The presbytery, raised three steps, on the church level, opens towards the nave with a round arch, on mural pillars, with flanked Corinthian pilasters. With a rectangular plan, a single span is covered by a barrel vault. The semicircular apse is covered by a basin vault.

Church of Ceneselli dedicated to the Madonna of the Divine Childbirth is celebrated on the third Sunday of October with the representation of the finding of the statue of the Madonna and with a long procession through the streets of the town in this church and also preserved a relic of Pope John Paul 2
