Always a smile for everyone even in front of their fears because even if they are pharmacists in the first place they are human beings with a family to protect and that in recent months has certainly not been easy. so I think it's very easy to talk from the sofa at home .... Unfortunately I have been visiting pharmacies for 30 years. My personal opinion is negative for this pharmacy, which I have had to choose game-strength in the past 2 months. Common sense, kindness, and availability to the customer, typically in need of medicines, is really scarce. It borders on zero. A pharmacy that at the counter, to a customer before me asks "do you have the recipe", and the customer's answer is no, and mine is no, no it does not provide the drug to either customer. to the customer before me yes and I don't. favoritism, the antechamber of the mafia in my opinion. (and transeat, it was a tachipirina that you take 2 out of five hundred ...) Faced with THEIR mistake in dispensing 3 packs instead of one, after 15 minutes they called home asking to return the 2 packs because they WOULD REMAIN WITHOUT, instead of asking, as I did immediately, for a new recipe to cover the overdraft. My professionalism where are you ?? The pharmacy has a whatsapp business service, with which it was impossible for me to "ask for the reservation the day before", already sending the recipe (also considering the emergency C19 for me patient at risk, the goal was not to have to go out , present recipe-> drug not available -> come back tomorrow / the day after tomorrow). It was a TITANIC feat but I did it. NOTHING. I will not return here if not for EXTREME URGENCY and if I really can not do without it. In conclusion. if I really had to recommend this pharmacy I wouldn't do it even if it were the only one open in the area and, at the cost of personally accompanying you by car elsewhere, I would personally take you elsewhere. Sensitivity to and Satisfaction for the customer close to ZERO. For these reasons my review is negative. NEGATIVISSIMA!

Large pharmacy, in fact it is always full and well stocked! The Cup service is always operational and Ms Francesca is always available to solve any problem and difficulty, even though I am not from Calderara I find myself always booking there, sometimes it is better to move to get an excellent service and organization.

My experience was negative, some elements of the staff rude and polemical, some very expensive items, unfortunately it is the only pharmacy in the country ... I prefer to go to the pharmacy in Longara. not recommended.
