I state that I spent 400 euros. Not a trifle. The new cashier made me pay for the additional plastic bag that I took, because they produce the envelopes badly and every now and then one breaks in filling them even if with a little excessive weight. It happens, especially with the new compostable envelopes, but there has never been any payment of the additional one after having paid the rest. Furthermore, we are in an emergency situation and it has contravened the sanitary provisions by making another customer go ahead while waiting to pay mine. It never happened and I will certainly not pass over it. Obviously money has nothing to do with it; I find it unforgivable to waste time in this way to customers and the little care and civic sense shown. For company policy you are bad.
