Homemade bread, all desserts are exquisite recipes of the past, good egenuini

4th generation bakers. Three brothers who manage this historic oven, since the morning full of delicacies, Mauro to the doughs, Antonella and Fabrizio to the sale and to lend a hand where needed. Mum Sara supervises and controls everything. Famous are the sweet "calcioni" with ricotta filling, then the Pan-Nociato, Pizzutello, Buzzeri and Fava dei morti are worth a special mention, as well as jam or cream tarts, and must loaves. lastly I leave the legendary "Bristingo" (or Frustingo or Brestengo) of which my father Nazzareno said was the best he had ever tasted. The white bread is delicious and perhaps the next day, stale, even tastier and more consistent, the cereal bread is also excellent, although I personally always take the wholemeal bread I prefer.
