What to say? It is a source of pride for every Marches to know that Tod's is part of our beautiful region. I'll tell you this: about six years ago I bought a splendid pair of HOGAN at the Sant’elpidio a Mare store, I used them very little and just a few days ago I realized that the treads had come off. It can happen! In any case, thanks to my trusted shoemaker, I discovered that this GREAT BRAND does not leave the buyer alone! I went to Sant’elpidio a Mare, I delivered the shoes and I will get them back in 15 days at the latest! If they are repairable well. Otherwise they replace them! And if they do not have a similar pair of shoes, there is the possibility of receiving a voucher. GREAT. Ps: it is obvious (I think) that this procedure is only valid for manufacturing defects and not for damage caused by the user. For any info you can contact the call center and they will be able to give you info and confirmations on what I have just told you. Thanks to the DELLA VALLE family and to all their collaborators 😀
