The Conad in via Pariati has unfortunately definitely deteriorated for a few months now. The current staff, except for a few, are decidedly unprofessional, not very empathetic, without getting too busy to help customers. The quality of over-the-counter products (cured meats, meat and ready meals) has never been so poor. There are no consumer products to give a lot of space to Conad products, which may also be right but not at the expense of other super requested products. I often find almost empty shelves ... I don't understand if it is due to a lack of supply of products or due to disorganization of the staff. It seems that the place is managed by the employees, the partners are hardly seen anymore. The other day, at the cashier, after reminding the girl that I had a voucher to discount on the shopping that would expire the next day, I was made to pay for everything without applying the voucher ... to my reply, the answer is was "well, I can't remember everything, I've already closed the account." "without excuses, without too many problems .... as in the past it was a pleasure for me to come here to do the shopping, now I can't say it anymore.
