I requested a quote via message for a service [washing] of the automatic transmission of my car. I was contacted within 24 hours with a precise, timely and unequivocal diagnosis ... all without even seeing the car. After a moment of disbelief I let them talk to hear how far they went ... obviously I put a big cross on it and with regret because the reviews were all in all positive .... but how to trust? and without seeing the car .... MAH!
