The heart says 5 but the reality is that the stadium falls to pieces ... Athletics track remained never redone ... Changing rooms like 30 years ago .... But as if it says without lilacs if not alera .....

The track where athletes can compete is passable. The structures, however, are dilapidated. It would need a heavy restoration.
