NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
Goodmorning everyone,
I go to this workshop for a warning light on my FIAT car that comes on.
I spend about 1000 euros to replace various components in more subsequent interventions which are then useless because the problem continues to exist.
After a summer with the car stopped, I come back to request a resolution of the problem again, trying to assert my rights also in terms of guarantees. The owner arrives, an ignorant thug who tells us to change the workshop.
we are then verbally attacked first and then physically by father and children.
It would be professional for Officina Silvestri to face and definitively solve the problem of my car by assuming the costs deriving from this repair.
Professional staff masters of their trade and very helpful. The workshop is well organized and clean equipped with all the instruments to do their job in the best possible way .. good and congratulations again
pads sold as original but they are not. They whistled immediately and after 20,000 km they still whistle. It brakes even worse than before and after strong descents they smell of burning. Fact noted several times have always niched. To be avoided, they are also rude
