I had also phoned earlier and was assured that at least the car breakdown would be diagnosed and that if they didn't have time to do it before the holidays (we were a week before closing) I would bring it back to the reopening, but in the meantime I could see if my old machine, and at risk tested, I could have used it or not, since it had water leaks. I had been INSURED this and I had recommended myself several times also because to take it I would have to do several km. I get up early, with back pain, with a dear Alzheimer's patient, with a competition to prepare and I bring her on time (even a few minutes before) to the scheduled appointment ... To be told after less than two minutes that the fault was not visible and that to be able to even look at it well I would have to come back after the holidays !!! And I also waited a week and avoided taking it elsewhere because I was assured that at least the diagnosis could be made !!! With a car at risk burnt head! Crazy! Never again!!! Honesty would have liked them to let me free to take her elsewhere by telling me the truth, that they didn't have time. Treating a person like this (perhaps perhaps just because he has an inexpensive car) is not only unethical but foolish, since in my family and friends I have people with various high-level machines. But that's okay, everyone does their job as best they can ...
