Scrapped bus to break down hot area, it rained on the highway and we were inside with the umbrella since the water came in from the roof 😫

Sucks !! Dilapidated buses, air conditioning hardly ever working. Taken several times myself or my family and it is always the journey of hope. Stop waiting for ke to arrive, 2h late and no one deigned to call x to warn, I only knew because I contacted the office ke said he did not know anything. My mother stops 2h x hydraulic problems not yet understandable, my mother-in-law still stops today in northern Rome on a motorway restaurant, stopped for 4h, still they can simply tell me ke they are providing a replacement bus but they cannot find it !!! X charity ..... never again! But apparently reading the reviews I'm not the only one to have had bad experiences. Offering a service also means giving security, punctuality and respect to those who PAY for your dilapidated service every day .....
