Kudos to this small family business. I ordered two boxes for Christmas plus various flours and legumes, everything arrived in just two days (I live in Bologna) packed and packaged in an impeccable way. I have tried almost all types of flour and they are really special, they absolutely cannot be compared to industrial ones, you can already notice the intoxicating scent in opening the package, not to mention the final result of the preparations. I sincerely thank the producers and the people who with love and passion carry out this work because there is nothing more important than offering a good, healthy and genuine product, obtained with wisdom and respect for ancient traditions, as well as for the territory. In addition to the flours, legumes and cereals are also exceptional and, among other things not least, I greatly appreciate the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, truly commendable.
