Round Travel - Locorotondo

EXISTING ASSISTANCE! A holiday to forget, the day before they tell us that the departure has been moved one day, we start with a flight that makes a technical stop (not planned) passing half a day around the airports. On the return flight stops in Naples, and accompany us on a shuttle to Bari. We have paid a direct flight! Now I understand that they are shortcomings of the tour operator, but since the latter was chosen by the agency, it seems to me the minimum to have adequate assistance! Instead we endured teasing as 'there are no flights napoli-bari' or 'patience, this time it's gone'. I want to clarify, all with a child of 4 years in tow, and especially boys ke have had our own misadventures whose agencies have however immediately lavished on looking for good alternatives!
