hi, I would like to report a negative experience with your store, I am referring to the Moviestar in Taviano (LE). I went to purchase a samsung 8500 series TV which was on offer as a flyer distributed by them. purchase I ask the assistant to take advantage of the TV bonus (50 €) I was entitled to. I am first asked to get the right form to do a bit of obstruction and in the end I am told that the bonus cannot be applied to the flyer products .I go away very annoyed and I call the manager on the phone who confirms the words of the employee, to which I point out that it is not a correct policy.Each store can decide to join the Bonus TV but I do not think it is correct that it applies to some products and others not. I was told that on the TV on offer the profit margin is little, in May reason if then a part has to be with withholding tax after several months! I think it very offensive to have such a vein mentality le, especially in this difficult period, even more so if done by a large chain such as Vs of which I was a regular customer. In the end I bought the TV online from a direct competitor Vs saving the TV bonus. I'm sorry I lost a technological reference like Euronics for a few euros. if I could I would have put 0 stars! thanks !!

Fantastic point of sale and very kind staff, I was able to find an Xbox Series X from them that cannot be found anywhere. I hope to return for another occasion.
