A few days after our arrival we are informed of the unavailability of the requested apartment and being already on vacation we did not have much to choose from and we were directed to another (Casa Smeraldo) which did not have the minimum requirements required. Impossible to have lunch on the patio, the umbrella moved at every slight gust of wind, as soon as there were problems with the sewage drain full (maintenance ?? !!), the sleeping area that had to be semi-underground was actually completely underground, without recirculation of air and consequently stale air, double room under the main road, at every passage in between, it seemed to sleep on the side of the road, slept a few hours because of this persistent smell and noise. Irritating staff, did the bare minimum Stay away from the Salento Experience agency

I advise those who want to take a holiday in Salento to contact this agency. We have just spent a week and we were well received ... Friendly and qualified staff
