Bad experience, incompetent and rude staff. They tried to make fun of us several times, we brought an immaculate phone to which only the display needed to be replaced, we ended up with a phone to throw away. All without even issuing a receipt, which was done only after our request following the discussion. They destroyed the back of the phone and put a case that was not ours and that was not even adaptable to the phone to keep us from noticing. After having pointed this out aloud, they tried to fix it by spitefully cutting the battery, so after less than a month the battery swelled and the phone opened completely. In addition to the injury, even insult. I do not recommend it to anyone.
