The facility has great potential, but is poorly managed. The room dirties the bathroom even more, an annoying smell came out of the drains and we had to close the door to not hear it in the room. There was no water and we had to ask several times to restore the supply.The price really exaggerated, at breakfast time we were few in the room and the staff little or nothing used to the service, distracted and not at all practical, They would like to ride the wave of notoriety of Etna but they are backward and still in time twenty years ago. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it. Adapt
