The spell of the Nebrodis. As Sicilians we did not yet know the Nebrodi Natural Park. For four days we stayed as guests of the Agriturismo Don Cesarino company. At first glance, what is surprising is the lush green of these mountains, in contrast to the dry yellow that you find in other areas of Sicily this season. The Agriturismo Don Cesarino boasts a considerable number of ancient farmhouses and rural houses, carefully restored, located in the woods of chestnut and beech hazelnuts, as well as among olive groves and vineyards, even at considerable distances from each other. We were guests of the little house called Il Nido, a delightful country house where you can still breathe pure air, enjoy suggestive views in a neat and tidy accommodation where tourists can really experience nature, take walks in the woods on paths suitable for any type of person. Tourism that offers you the chance to visit quaint villages where you can still breathe the air of the past and people are friendly and anyone who meets you greets you. The possibilities of food are innumerable in the whole area and offered in the so-called "baracche" where with more than reasonable figures we have been able to taste the variety of local products all of very high quality and really organic. Nature, food, social relationships, breathtaking landscapes, towns and villages rich in art and history in perfect accommodation, here is the ideal holiday for true physical and mental relaxation. We will gladly return because there is still so much to see and enjoy.

The green hills, olive trees, the relaxing sound of the bells of grazing cattle and the chirping of cicadas give a bucolic aspect to the landscape that frames the structure that hosted us. Pleasant and particularly reassuring our stay. Sunsets overlooking the valley and the sea will remain memorable to the memory of this beautiful holiday.
