Up until today we were regulars, the lady of the cashier too rude, and also the daughters whom I don't blame because that's the seed. After finishing the granita I ask for a glass of water and the answer was "we sell the water, we give only one glass of water". Most of the time they don't give me the cigarettes or they don't give me a refill because they don't have the change even though you pay with 10 euros when they have a full case. Under this bad period of covid 19, the lady scolds all those who do not wear a protective mask despite the fact that she has never worn one since the pandemic broke out. His answer to all of this is that he is hot. It is truly scandalous. All this despite me being a regular customer who goes to the bar every day. I put a star because you can't less .. One star is too much.

Incompetent staff, Zero cleanliness .... Still in 2020 they clean the cups with their finger ... bottles filled in the tap .. sad and melancholy place when you enter. Your heart darkens. the lady of the cashier who sat behind the counter? Because it is unable to humanly dialogue with customers ... I can't believe it. As it hasn't closed yet.

A beautiful reality, a mix of quality and courtesy in a small village on the slopes of Etna. Try the slushes made with fresh or dried fruit from our area. Another place to be highly recommended.
