Good food

Nice and quiet place, very nice and friendly staff. After the first experience which I was very satisfied with, I decided to return to this place. The skill of the pizza chef is commendable, a wide choice of beers (I counted 9 pages), the menu offers a good variety of courses including pizza, sandwiches, salads and main courses of meat, all prepared with high quality raw materials. I was in this restaurant through the fork, the intention is there but in every dish there was something wrong, the potato spiral not at all crunchy maybe it wanted a few more minutes of cooking, the focaccia the dough was good but the tasteless and cold ingredients (roast potatoes and broccoli), the burgher with meat also cold inside, the almost burnt horse meatball, the burgers that are pleasantly large and well seasoned have dry bread and not at all fragrant or soft , the pistachio creamy with the dry base and the ice cream that had no pistachio flavor, the overcooked hot heart then lost the creamy heart becoming stringy, also I had booked with the 50% offer and without any warning nor on the fork and as soon as we arrived the drinks were counted at full price. I give three stars for the generous portions and the kindness of the owner, even if he didn't confirm my presence on the fork perhaps to avoid a negative review on the portal since I had pointed out the count of drinks in full?

I decided to write this review after many times because I wanted to taste everything first to give a complete evaluation. Just last night I closed the cycle! We start from the room, sober, tidy, airy with such an arrangement of the parts as to highlight them all, from the beautiful domed oven coated at the counter with exposed and illuminated drum area. Let's move on to meals. Excellent pizza, for a demanding one like me. Crunchy until the end, pronounced but not too much edge, seasonings that all feel for quality. Sandwiches are nothing short of ... giants. The only flaw is that if you do not have the capacity you find yourself having to regret part of it on the plate ... and it seems bad because the products are very good, starting from the hamburger, not the usual mass of stringy and tasteless but juicy and tasty meat. And then ... the burrata in the sandwich ... a sciccheria .... Bread is not a pseudo agglomerate of foam purchased, they make it, and it makes a difference, trust me. The meat, excellent, well cooked, refined cuts and selected animals ... not the usual meat in short (try the Angus or the gray pig and then let's talk about it!). The beers ... many, not too many, all to try, all with a particularity. I forgot, post COVID have mounted a very nice, relaxing but above all ... FRESH outdoor area! I have often found good cover bands as pleasant entertainment. Ultimately, I can't complain about anything, absolutely. I will often go back with the family also because the price, IF RELATED to the quality of the products is more than fair and I think it is better to eat a little outside but well rather than to often gobble up junk!
