The painting of Madonna with the child from the Byzantine period is contained in the church and at the same time a havoc for the conditions in which it is maintained. Definitely worth visiting, better if accompanied by an expert local guide who can illustrate the characteristics of the place and indicate the most suitable paths according to the group's composition: if small family, or adventurous tourists and so on.

Nice little church just outside Ispica. From the parking lot, a small path leads down to the church, which was unfortunately completed. Nevertheless, clear recommendation for a trip, if you are in Ispica anyway.

Too bad that it was closed, we looked for the caretaker, but .... nothing to do, we were satisfied with the walk and the vision of this monument.
