The skills combined with Elena's extremely professional approach were the "magic potion" against neck pain that tormented me for several weeks. After my super positive experience, I contacted her to also follow my mother and my sister, respectively for shoulder and back problems. Both fully satisfied. When I booked the first visit to Dr. Cataudella's office, I had clear goals, to improve my physical well-being (some back and shoulder discomfort) and my posture spoiled by years of weight lifting. I immediately felt comfortable with his method, which at least as regards my case, provides in addition to the sessions in the presence also a methodical work to be continued at home under his instructions, therefore a patient's responsibility and not a passive work. Over the course of a few weeks but not without effort, I had important improvements from all points of view, in particular the posture which has improved enormously almost without realizing it, which I honestly did not believe possible in such a short time. Our work is not finished yet but I found myself so well that I decided to continue to be followed in the resumption of my training, this time with a different awareness. I can only recommend it.

Dr. Elena, in addition to treating my shoulder problem due to a sedentary working posture, gave me excellent advice and exercises to perform to avoid the recurrence of the problem, and to strengthen the affected muscles. She is truly a competent professional, because she listens to her patients and dedicates the necessary time to each of them! :)
