Stocked, ready meals to be consumed on site. We bought a box of mini ice creams already in the defrost phase and we didn't notice it immediately (maybe the supermarket freezer didn't work? Maybe the shop assistants left them too long out of the freezer while they were tidying up?). Despite the two hours in the freezer at home they were melted and unmade.
