Unfortunately I cannot choose less than one star. This florist had to deliver a phaleno (long stem) orchid as specified in the order sent by me via faxiflora. The recipient instead received a vase with DEFINITELY smaller orchids, the quality of which I do not dispute, but it was not what I requested and what I paid for. Delivery time established between 12.00 and 13.00, as specified in the order. At 3.30 pm the recipient receives a phone call from this florist who, instead of giving her the surprise I hoped for, communicates that she would only come to bring the plant after closing. This happened at 20.00. A gift delivered in this way completely erases the atmosphere of a special day and a thought made by those who cannot be close to loved ones but who still want to remember them. Always remembering that the requested service is also paid and is not a favor.
