I state that I had to travel more than 100 km to get to the center, I had a neurological examination for migraine problems (I do not mention the doctor's name) and I must say that I found the visit very superficial and the doctor at times annoyed. During the visit the doctor did not care at all about what I was saying to him, on the contrary I found it very mechanical. Absurd!
To this I must add an equally negative note regarding the MRI staff. I repeat, I had to go to them specifically for an MRI but although I had pointed out that I was a little anxious about the exam, the doctor very rudely did not give me the opportunity to get comfortable and very superficially, I he explicitly said “if you can't do it you can leave as well” and honestly I don't expect it from a medical staff. She frowned highly of the fact that with her help I could manage my anxiety if only she hadn't rushed me into deciding whether to do it or not. In fact, her attitude was disheartening, so I had to go home without having taken the exam.
What I was able to do in a center in my home region because, unlike them, I found a doctor who was an angel for me, allowing me, with a lot of grace and support, to carry out the exam with serenity.
No more Neuromed!
I hope the company invests more in personnel !!!
The doctor did not give us satisfaction, on the contrary she just confused us, paid 122 for the first visit and 102 for the second. He just had to watch an exam. I waited privately for a month, with the prescription + two months waiting was not possible because my husband cannot stand up and so we made it private
My name is Renato Di Fonzo and I was operated on in this facility on November 17, 2020 for myelopathy of the cervical spine by Prof. Sergio Paolini.
When I met Prof. Paolini, despite the concerns and doubts about the surgery, I exclaimed: "I would have you operate tomorrow too"!
I was right!
A man of science who from the paradoxical binomial self-denial and self-love manages to offer the best of himself while reassuring and solving problems to patients who no longer even have hope.
I thank Prof. Antonio Sparano who, on my first visit, showed me the path to follow.
I would also like to give great credit to the organization and management of the departments they represent: each team observes a protocol with rigor and above all with humanity and gentleness ... the operators know very well that all the patients in that department have an important problem and that they need care and attention.
Great credit goes to the doctors, nurses, secretaries and cleaners.
I would like to be able to repay everyone for what I have received; hoping to succeed in this regard, at the moment I treasure this example of professionalism!
Thanks
This morning I made a neurological visit, my first after various ischemic episodes and I did not find the welcome and availability in making an accurate visit.
Dr. Spivano proved surly and superficial arrogant. It was recommended to me but I will not recommend it to anyone.
We are patient with problems and hospitality is the best attendance card to give to a center of some importance at the neurological level throughout ITALY. 😔
Unfortunately disappointing experience. Excellent center to receive neurological diagnosis but bad center both for treatment by doctors, for therapy and in following the patient in the course of the disease. There is not
no follow! After the diagnosis, the patient has to deal with it alone, finding doctors elsewhere who hopefully can read the diagnosis made by the center of "excellence". It is not acceptable for a (public) facility to abandon its patients completely.
