Chiesa di San Brizio, loc. Vagna

It is a building of considerable size, with three naves, built in 1600 to replace an ancient Romanesque church witnessed today only by the four-storey bell tower, unfortunately "spoiled" by the addition of the belfry. The new Baroque church did not, however, regret the previous one thanks to the wealth of works of art that were commissioned for its glory: among all a painting by Tanzio da Varallo. For foreigners it is therefore essential to plan the visit on the occasion of its opening, perhaps in July when the "Child's" party also sees the famous "Cavagnette" parading.
