Yesterday for work we took a tour of Vigone and on the advice of a local resident, we went to Peretti.
I got the water bread, another loaf and the blueberry tart.
All exceptional, I have not eaten such good bread for a long time.
Unfortunately we are not close because we live in Milan, but for work we have to go back to Vigone again and then we will do another tour from Peretti.

If you want to taste a fragrant bread .. Without added lard you have to pass by here ... Phenomenal and now famous around its pizza ... To try !!!
