I was nervous buying an expensive bike online. I am an American living in Poland so ordering from Italy was a little scary. I did tons of research on Planet Bike shop including seeing street view on google maps, seeing they are a Trek dealer on Trek website, reading all reviews. Everything came up 100% positive. I then contacted them via email and talked with Paolo the owner. After a few emails, I was sure this guy is just like the bike shop owners I respect in the US which is they love a satisfied customer. You will not go wrong buying here. He went far beyond my expectations making sure everything was perfect. The correct seat post for me for example, had me measure my current bike. This was a used bike so it was very appreciated. They packed the bike extremely well probably better than manufacturers do. I now have my dream bike for a reasonable price. Thank you, Paolo.

After my first (slightly negative) shop experience, I went a second time to Planet Bike to view / buy a used bicycle, advertised on an Internet site. In this period of COVID, we are all a little tense and in some way disappointed / heartbroken by how the work activity of each of us is proceeding. What makes me happy to underline with the "post" is not to give an opinion on the quality of the services that are provided or on the professionalism that the various employees have, but sometimes it takes very little like a smile to really make a difference. I hope that this comment is not taken as a judgment, but is a food for thought for everyone, myself included. Thank you very much for the professionalism and courtesy that everyone has provided me.
