The staff was very prepared and attentive to the customer's needs (starting from the available budget, advice on the best destinations based on the period of preference for their holiday etc); attention to detail is undoubtedly the characteristic that distinguishes this agency (flight booking, hotel closest to the center, itineraries, etc).
