Professionalism is not at home in this pharmacy. After half an hour of queue I book a product. I ask if it is powdered several times. I am told yes and to pick it up the next day. The next day, after having had another half an hour in the queue, I am given a product that is not powdered and is not good. I ask them to remedy the person I need. An unkind person intervenes in a rude manner that says "if you don't like it you can leave it" I politely protest but said I did a lot of queue and lost a lot of time based on their promise to book a given product. That, without qualifying (who is it?) Repeat the same concept in the same rude and rude manner. At that point I leave the product and leave. Perhaps this "gentleman", which is anything but a gentleman, did not understand that the pharmacy is a service, not just a way for him to make money in spades. He doesn't even know where professionalism and courtesy are at home. I highly recommend that you update your ways. I advise against going to this pharmacy, the service is very bad and the bad education abounds
