This riding experience was magical. I didn't know what to expect. We had 7 people ranging from beginner, just her second time on a horse to expert. I'm an intermediate rider. I thought oh no with a beginner we are going to have to just walk and not.gallop or trot the whole way, but we actually galloped and trotted a fair amount. Manolo is a true expert with not only his award winning ridi g which includes bare back riding, but also in leading our group through the virgin country side and beach. As you can see fro. The pictures we even rode through water! That's a.first for me. From having ridden horses from California, to Norway and all over the world, I could tell these horses are very well taken care of and are very responsive. They are Loved and they responded well to the tour. We had 3 gals from France 2 girlsand a guy from Slovenia who were expert riders ( licensed and they know how to jump with horses!) And me the intermediate rider, I love yo gallop and trot buy no jumping or running for me yet! We had the 4pm tour so I arrived at 3pm. It was perfect I was the first one there.and it gave me a.chance to take in the good vibes of the ranch. The Slovenians arrived right after me. Manolo took his time fitting everybody on their horse perfectly. As we got fitted we got to ride around in the corral and as each person was fitted they would join the circle of us riding until Manolo got the last person done. He gave us i instructions.that were brief and clear. Then the adventure began. I took my canon 80D so I took pics and video. I'll post those once they are edited. These are the pics by cell for now. The horseback tour in Sant Antioco Calsetta is the highlight of my Sardegna trip. Although on Google maps this says its only 25 minutes away, I would allow an extra.half hour time because google maps.sometimes stops working or gives you a route that is bonkers or a rode that you maynot want to take. I was driving alone and I made it fine from Puerto di Calasetta on Sant Antiocho Island in Sardenia. Friendly family Manege with very well trained horses. Two hour excursion to the saline costs €50 per person. We had a nice walk in the countryside and the walk in the saline was a fun experience. You can see the passion and skills of Candido for the horses. Manolo took many pictures of us during the ride and shared with us afterwards. I could go with Candido for a short canter at the saline, which I enjoyed very much. I would have given 5 stars if I could ride more freely by myself, as for me it’s more about riding than sightseeing. Given the experience of the rest of the group and the fact that there is a family with small children we had to stay always in line and walk most of the time. It should be a great experience if you just want to enjoy a nice stroll on horseback in the Sulcis countryside.

We went on a morning ride with Manolo and Christopher and had an amazing experience. They show and tell you everything you need to know about riding a horse, so dont worry if you are a total begginner. The horses are calm and easy to manouvre. This was definitly the highlight of our Sardinian trip.
