Fantastic coffee and very friendly staff. They also make delicious cakes and sell coffee from their own factory. The location is stunning too

You MUST radically improve the customers experience. 1) GET RID of ALL those VERY DISTURBING PICTURES on the walls of the second floor! And replace them with some nice paintings. 2) Change the way you manage orders, as when the coffee machine is working at the second floor, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO HEAR AND SPEAK AT ALL, Very Disturbing! 3) Speed up the overall service! Very slow! 4) Put some real cream inside your croissants, not the powder-made one! Don't be lazy please, you are a pastry shop.
