A small temple of cycling. Well stocked shop. Attention to the customer, professionalism and competence. Thanks to all the staff for jumping through hoops to deliver the bike to me and putting me in the saddle! Great Andrea! A point of reference for those who love cycling.

I placed two orders: - an X-BIONIC Twyce tights - three Castelli t-shirts Instead of the object relating to the first order, an INVENT tights were sent. It is impossible to complete it with the relative t-shirt, available in XL size on the website but not in reality. Sent back to the sender. The refund still remains after two weeks from the receipt of the parcel guaranteed by the postal tracking. The seller does not answer emails and does not answer phone calls. People available, prepared and nice! They follow and advise you in everything from sales to after sales and this is hard to find! I had a problem with a product and in a few days they gave me a warranty replacement, TOP! Recommended!

To absolutely avoid! I put 1 star because it is not possible to put zero which would better match! My worst experience on the web. I ordered 2 Speedplay accessories on their website 2 months ago that were available at the time. Weeks go by without seeing the goods. I call several times to solicit and finally request a refund. Also urged this 3 weeks ago. Nothing has come. Finally, I open a dispute with the bank that issued my credit card for goods not received. Never again!

I turned to them in June for the purchase of an electric bike and it turned out to be a painstakingly negative business. I state that I do not question the competence of the person who received me, because he put me at ease with explanations, technical information, advice and availability waiting for me even after closing the shop. The problem is that you can't conclude. In the shop I saw a full suspension bike at a great price, so I asked if it was possible to order it and I was immediately told it was unlikely but he would inquire and let me know. In fact I phoned 2 times to see if it could be done but in reality I did not get an answer nor a guarantee of having it, so in the end I ask to proceed with the order of a mono / shock bike (same brand) which he said is easier to obtain. In fact, I am immediately informed that there are 4 in the shop and that they are already sold, but in any case another 12 are on the way and with a little patience we would have succeeded. I am amazed I ask why all these problems with the supply of bikes and in response he tells me that this year is a crazy thing and that at the beginning of the summer they sold almost 200 bikes in just over a month, when they usually sell so many in one whole summer. Ok I decide to proceed (we are in the first week of June) trusting the person and I make the deposit transfer on June 10, with delivery expectation 24th week, then by June 14 (the famous 12 bikes arriving first highlighted). The agreements are that we would be contacted as soon as you arrive at the store for delivery. June passes, July passes, mid-August passes, without any feedback. Several phone calls for information were useless (the same answer is coming I will let you know), the reminder emails have never been answered. At one point I point out that my interest in the bike is fading, ..... the holidays are now gone and the summer is almost; ...... (what do I do with a new electric bicycle but in reality already old, since in the price list they now only sell the 2021 version ?!) The answer relating to the non-arrival of the 12 bikes expected to be delivered was "" "" the courier damaged them during transport, they are returning others, but it is not known when they will arrive, recall when in the shop "" "". At this point I decide to give up, the telephone contacts resulted only in empty chat with nothing definitive and therefore I ask for a refund of the deposit. Well start other problems to receive the re-credit from 20 August until the beginning of October ... but I am not going to list the facts. But at least we got it. (only positive note). In general very disappointing experience ...... I understand the particular year .... I understand the considerable volume of orders ..... I understand everything .... but it is not correct to treat customers like this, there must be a different system of doing. I repeat I do not discuss the competence of the person, who then I understood to be also a shop owner, but everything else absolutely to be forgotten. Experience not to be tried again.
